● Hotel will do the full amounts pre-authorization from credit card first to confirm credit card is valid.

● Travelers may cancel booking(s) after booking,but shall bear the following fees:
1. Cancellation(s) or Modification that are made before 5 days prior to arrival date will not be charged with cancellation fee(or modification fee).
2. Cancellation(s) or Modification that are made before 1 to 5 days prior to arrival date will be charged with a cancellation fee(or modification fee) of 50% of the total price.
3. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge
