Room rates include a 5% business tax. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required. The hotel will perform a full pre-authorization of the total room charges on your credit card 14 days prior to check-in to verify the validity of the card. The remaining balance may be settled either in cash or by credit card upon check-in.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available at the front desk. Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Once the reservation is completed and the credit card is confirmed, guests may still cancel their booking; however, the following cancellation fees will apply:
*Cancellations made 3 days prior to the check-in date will not incur a cancellation fee.
*Cancellations made 1–2 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total room rate.
*Cancellations made on the day of check-in, or failure to notify the hotel, will incur a charge of 100% of the total room rate.
